COSMIC RESET

Cosmic Reset is a reset for all our systems, our physical and non-physical aspects of being. It replenishes us on all levels - every cell, molecule, atom, electron of our beings. Simply put, it resets the all, body, mind, and spirit. Come relax in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful, safe space while you raise your vibration, attuning your systems to higher frequencies that help you move into a peaceful, calm, all is well state.

This monthly process allows us to leave behind what might be tricky to shake life stuff while filling us up with the energy necessary to carry on and thrive. The SMT Center is a community space that holds a variety of events. Beautiful and open, it is an oasis in the middle of Hoboken perfect for community gatherings like Cosmic Reset. It just feels good being in this space!
Cost: $40 cash only at the door - exact change please.
This is an in person only event at this time.

What to bring: Please bring water, if you prefer to lie down instead of sitting in a chair, you can bring a mat, a pillow if you like, and a blanket or two for yourself. Yes, do it up your way! We want you to be comfortable as you receive.
