Throughout the day, you’ll explore the history and principles of Reiki, gain an understanding of energetic anatomy, learn traditional hand placements, receive your Reiki Level I attunement, and participate in guided practice sessions. Ample time is dedicated to experiential learning, allowing you to develop trust in your intuition while receiving personalized guidance and support.

Whether your goal is personal healing, spiritual growth, stress reduction, or beginning a path of supporting others, through energy work, this training offers a welcoming and grounded introduction to the Reiki tradition, leaving you with a solid foundation of active knowledge, with the ability to give healing to self, others (near or far), children, animals, and all that comes your way.

Upon completion, participants will receive a Reiki Level I Certification and leave with the tools to begin integrating Reiki into daily life.
